Our team of over 150 trained professionals in sales, service, development, applied solutions, and administration continually works on improving their skills to meet client needs more efficiently and effectively. We have representatives in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, the territory of Kosovo, and Albania.
Due to increased business volume and expansion of business activities, we are looking for a colleague to join our successful team in the position of:
SALES MANAGER
Location: Niš
Number of positions: 1
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsibility for establishing and maintaining long-term and strategic relationships with key customers at the highest level
- Analyzing market potential for the implementation of new and expansion of existing product ranges
- Continuous reporting and analysis of results in relation to plans, market, and competition
- Conducting regular visits to existing and potential customers
- Defining contract terms with customers
- Defining delivery deadlines for equipment to customers in accordance with production dynamics
- Responsibility for issuing orders for production, procurement, delivery, and collection of receivables from customers
- Responsibility for achieving agreed strategic and operational sales goals for equipment
- Defining sales prices and payment terms for equipment in line with the established sales strategy
- Participating in creating budgets and annual sales plans
- Improving personal results through knowledge enhancement, sales skills, internal collaboration, and communication
- Communication with suppliers, monitoring and optimizing stock levels, and ordering goods in accordance with agreed duties
Required Qualifications:
General conditions:
- Diploma in technical or economic fields; IV-VII level
- Work experience: 5 years in the same or similar jobs
- Minimum 3 years of experience with key customers in related industries will be considered an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- Computer proficiency with Windows, Office programs
- B category driver's license
