This decision has been made in order to streamline our operations and ensure better coordination and alignment of our activities in the region.

Ivan and his team have already showcased exceptional leadership and expertise in managing our ventures in Serbia, Bosna & Herzegovina and Montenegro. We believe that their oversight will help drive better results and overall efficiency in Albania and Kosovo.

We are confident that this decision will lead to a stronger and more cohesive regional approach, ultimately benefitting all of our teams and the company as a whole. Nevertheless, the decision would be beneficial to our clients as well. They will be able to receive better service and technical support to increase their production processes. Because now the Elmed group has a unique management in the entire region.
