Logistical Challenge — Two Warehouse Types
Albo is a company with over 300 employees, operating across the region and serving more than 13,000 clients domestically and internationally. The company manages two types of warehouses:
- A central warehouse of 8,000 m² with 7,000 pallet spaces and a picking zone.
- A bonded warehouse of 4,000 m² with 15,000 pallet spaces.
Forty-five operators work in these warehouses, handling numerous picking tasks and operating seven fixed stations for preparing goods for express delivery. Using the LoupeWMS software solution, they now process over 500 orders daily.
