What was our idea when starting the bowling competition?

In February of this year, we organized a bowling competition whose goal was to collect money for humanitarian purposes, where we collected 200,000 dinars together with the employees.

After several proposals for whom we will dedicate, we decided to make it a Home for children and youth with disabilities in Veternik. We called them and asked what they needed most. Coordinator of professional work, Olivera Abut Uglješić helped us to realize our idea.
The goal of Elmed, together with the employees, was to jointly raise a certain amount of money that will be enough to provide what they need most.

Although the situation with covid-19 slowed us down a bit, we managed to deliver packages on several occasions.

The satisfied faces of the young people made our hearts filled.
Regardless of the situation, we all participated in it together.

The fact that the employees thanked us heartily on their own behalf as well as on behalf of all the children who live in that home speaks volumes about how much this gesture meant to them.
Any action of this type is important not only for material assistance but also for strengthening unity and developing solidarity.

We thank all colleagues and we are proud of our team that organized this humanitarian event.
