RG2 Equipment

RG2 has a weight of 2kg and a flexible holder. The gripping range is adjustable - up to 110 mm. Gripper tips can be easily adjusted, fitting the shape of the product for a stable hold, and one tool can be used for different parts of the production process. The RG2 works perfectly with the Dual Quick Changer and any of our other grippers to help you get the most out of your robots.
The RG2 is TUV certified, and is equipped with safety guards as standard.

RG2 Automation

• Automatic detection of lost grip, "grip detection", "continuous grip" and "width measures" eliminate the need for manual programming of these functions.
• Automatic AAP calculation eliminates the need for extensive programming, while reducing deployment time.
• Automatic payload calculation simplifies programming of the RG2 gripper.
• Automatic depth compensation ensures parallel movement of the fingers on the working surfaces.

Dual Quick Changer

The RG2 grip can be combined with the Dual Quick Changer module. The Dual Quick Changer works with the same principles as the Quick Changer module. However, it is designed to allow the simultaneous use of two end-of-arm tool holders (EoAT), allowing, for example, an RG2 gripper and an RG6 gripper at the same time.
When the Dual Quick Changer is installed, production time is reduced, as multiple pieces are handled at the same time. Overall, the Dual Quick Changer will increase production efficiency by approximately 50%.
