The Loma CW3 combined system of metal detector and flow scale, is flexible, proven integrated solution that combines the detection of metallic contamination, as well as the inspection of the weight in the food and packaging industries.

They are made of stainless steel in IP65 protection, with the height between 700 and 1200 mm, with the average length of the system from 1900 to 2900 mm, depending on the size of the product. The maximum dimensions of the product are 300 mm in width and 425 mm in length, with a maximum weight of up to 1500 grams. With a capacity of up to 400 packages per minute, this combined system does not slow down your production, and allows the full control of the product. The various systems are available for the rejecting of the product, as well as the separate containers for the disposable products, which differ in weight, and those that are contaminated with the metal. The device satisfies the requirements of the R51 approval, which is standard for flow scales in the EU.
