The labelling with the cold glue from the sheets
For traditional cold label gluing are used the high-performance units of stainless steel, which apply the glue with the system of rubberized rollers and allow the use of various types of the glue. The innovative design ensures the optimal consumption of the glue. Fine-tuning of the thickness of the glue ensures the uninterrupted continuous operation and perfect position of the labels.
The labeling with the self-adhesive labels
The intelligent system of rollers, guides and pretensioners ensures the precise positioning of the label. End-of-tape warning to change the rolls, allows a smooth continuous operation.
The labelling of soluble adhesive from sheet
The glue is applied by using of the Gernep HotSpot system of nozzles directly to the product, on which is then added the label. The labels of different dimensions does not represent a problem to this system, because for the certain height includes the certain number of nozzles.
The labelling with soluble adhesive from the roll
This system allows the pasting of the labels from the roll, so that the soluble adhesive is applied in passing on the initial and on the final part of the label, by using of the Gernep HotSpot system for bonding.
